Biography
Kristin Green began her dance training at age 3 in Salem, NH. Her early studies at Carlene Nazarian Dance Center included tap, ballet, jazz, lyrical, and pointe. During college, she performed with the University of New Hampshire Dance Company and taught at the Portsmouth School of Ballet. Kristin has a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and a minor in Dance. Kristin joined Cambridge Dance Company in 2013, and in 2017 was named Artistic Director. She is keenly focused on emphasizing the company’s jazz-based roots and technical strengths with elements of contemporary dance as well. Her endless ideas and energy combined with a sharp eye for detail make Kristin a natural fit for the role. Outside of Cambridge Dance Company, Kristin puts her marketing skills to work as an Associate Director, Program Manager for an advertising agency.
